The Joint Equity Investors Newsletter is available to registered and non-
HOWEVER, only registered Investor-
►The ability to place your name against any properties that are registered for sale through The Joint Equity Scheme, before an Owner has even selected it.
We keep a database of the available properties for you to place an early reservation on. This has 2 advantages:
1 Properties which already have an allocated Investor-
2 You get to choose your Joint Equity investment primarily based on the property. So, if you have a particular interest in a given property, you can reserve that one, pending an Owner being found.

►Access to the Investment Register, which lists all the currently available investment opportunities and properties for sale with Joint Equity.
When you register as an Investor with Joint Equity, you will receive a login code and password for the Investment Register, which will allow you to view the latest investment opportunities and properties.
►The ability to reserve any available Opportunity (Owner Partner seeking an Investor) for your portfolio.
Just select the Opportunity that you’re interested in and click the link at the bottom of the register to tell us that you’d like to make a reservation (see above).
