► Selling for Vendors
Private sales of property can also be included in the Joint Equity Scheme and Vendors can either register their property directly with Joint Equity or they can use their local Joint Equity Estate Agent Partner.
We recommend using your local Joint Equity Estate Agent Partner as they have experience with the Joint Equity Scheme and they are used to working with us to provide the best service to you.

► Who are Joint Equity Vendors?
Joint Equity Vendors are individuals who want to make their property available to the widest range of potential purchasers.
Using Joint Equity provides the widest possible number of potential buyers and advertising within the Joint Equity Scheme provides a powerful marketing message.

And this the version that would be published if you are selling from within the Joint equity Scheme
Of course you might not want to sell through an Estate Agent at all and we offer the same options if you opt to sell through an Internet agent or do it your self.
► How does it work?
We can demonstrate the powerful marketing impact that being a Joint Equity Vendor-Partner provides by comparing the traditional Estate Agent advert in a local paper with the same one under the Joint Equity Scheme and using our logo.
Here is a traditional property advert:
► Vendor options
The Vendor has a number of options when selling though Joint Equity:
1 Sell 100% of your property to a buyer who does not want to participate in the Joint Equity Scheme.
2 Sell 100% of your property by selling 50% to the incoming Owner-Partner, and Joint Equity finds an Investor-Partner to purchase the other 50%.
3 Sell 50% to the Owner and the vendor retains the remaining 50% becoming the Joint Equity Investor-Partner. Continuing to earn money from their property.
