Joint Equity announces their 1st Estate Agent Partner
Brad Bamfield Joint Equity’s chief executive says “Over the coming months we hope to add significant numbers of Estate Agents to our Partners and provide a wide geographical spread.”
Dan Plumb, a partner in Daniel James added “Joint Equity is a good option for both buyers and sellers because it increase the number of people who are able to buy their first homes. We have seen the market slow down recently but we see no reduction in people wanting their own homes its just that they can not get a big enough mortgage or have insufficient deposit”
The Joint Equity approach will provide a welcome boost for the market for 1st time property and Brad Bamfield says that they plan to bring 25,000 1st time buyers back to the market each year.
