► So, what do I do now?
There are a number of steps you need to take to buy your home.
1: Register as an Owner and download the Information Pack which provides more details on how you can buy the home of your choice. We’ll send it to you by email.
2: Register to receive our Newsletters.
3: Start looking for the property of your choice! You can go to a Joint Equity Estate Agent Partner or use any Estate Agent to find your new home.
4: When you’re ready, login to your account and create an illustration.
5: Not sure how much you can afford the Illustration tool can be used to tell you.
