2 : Joint Equity is just what you’ve been looking for, and either, you want to start house hunting right away, or you’ve already got a property in mind.
You ask us for an Information Pack.
N.B. We ONLY send out information electronically to keep our costs low. Sorry but we will not be able to post a pack to you.
We send you a pack by return email. It contains all the details of the Joint Equity Scheme from both the Owners and the Investors point of view.
We will email you a short enquiry form with the pack. If you want an Illustration (a personalised example showing what you can afford and what you should expect to pay), complete the form and send it back to us.
► About your illustration
Your illustration is free, confidential and without obligation. It is the only way you can really judge whether or not Joint Equity shared home ownership is right for you. It will show you the likely fees, savings and possible earnings for the type of property you are looking for.
Alternatively, you can use the enquiry form to request an estimate of the value of
you can afford to buy, based on a maximum monthly payment.
► And after that?
You look for your Joint Equity property. Remember, that can be any property, any where!
As soon as you’ve found something that suits, tell us, so that you can register as
a Joint Equity Owner-
► Registering as an Owner-
You will have received a registration form with your Illustration. Just complete it and return it to us.
When you register, you will be asked to pay a Commitment Deposit, which is fully refundable when you complete your Joint Equity purchase (see Information Pack for full details).
Once you have registered, your mortgage application can go ahead, and we will match
you with an Investor-
